The Advisory Board provides strategic guidance, governance oversight and stewardship of PAIRS-ALLIANCE’ mission. The Executive Directorate is responsible for programme delivery, administration, stakeholder engagement and organisational performance.
Specialist functions include mediation, field engagement, research and policy, communications, finance, safeguarding and partnership development.

PAIRS-ALLIANCE does not campaign for political parties or use peacebuilding work to advance partisan interests.
Programmes should define outcomes, monitor risks and document lessons honestly.
Individual board and executive profiles will be published after appointments, biographies and consent have been formally verified and approved.
