Information we may receive

When you contact PAIRS-ALLIANCE or prepare a volunteer application, you may provide your name, contact details, general location, skills, interests and message. The current volunteer form prepares an email in your own email application; the website does not store the form in an online database.

How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess volunteer interests, communicate relevant opportunities, maintain responsible organisational records and meet safeguarding or legal obligations.

Data minimisation

Do not send identity documents, financial details, confidential conflict information or sensitive personal data unless PAIRS-ALLIANCE has provided an authorised and appropriate secure process.

Sharing and retention

PAIRS-ALLIANCE should restrict access to authorised personnel and should not sell personal information. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was provided, subject to legal or safeguarding responsibilities.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information held by PAIRS-ALLIANCE, subject to legal, security and safeguarding limitations.
